What we do

Regular, deep,
or once and done.

Most people start with a one-off and end up on a regular slot. Either is fine.

Most people

Regular cleaning

Weekly or fortnightly, at a time that suits, with the same person each visit. After the first two or three you stop leaving notes, because they already know the flat.

A regular visit usually covers

  • Kitchen surfaces, hob and sink
  • Bathrooms, including the bits people skip
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped through
  • Dusting, mirrors and glass
  • Bins out and beds changed if you leave the linen
The bigger ones

Deep cleans and moves

The jobs where the difference is obvious the second you walk in, and where a photograph does the selling.

End of tenancy

Inside the oven, behind the fridge, the window tracks and the skirting. The places a landlord's inventory clerk actually looks.

After builders

Fine dust settles into everything and normal cleaning just moves it around. This takes more than one pass.

Prices

What does it cost?

Placeholder — needs your figures

No rates are published anywhere, and we will not guess at them. Send an hourly rate, or a from-price for a one-bed and a two-bed, and they go on the page. London cleaning is heavily price-shopped and a page without numbers loses to one with them.

Placeholder — needs confirming

Also worth confirming, because the answers change the whole page:

  • The trading name. The Facebook page now reads RoProperty Hub but the description still says Romanian Cleaners
  • Whether RoProperty Hub covers property services beyond cleaning
  • Which postcodes you cover besides West Hampstead
  • Whether you bring your own products and equipment
  • Whether you are insured, and for how much
  • Whether you take on offices and short-let turnarounds
